how it all started
My love for photography started in high school when I signed up for yearbook and picked up a camera for the first time. From there, it turned into convincing my friends to let me drag them along for little photoshoots whenever inspiration struck. Somewhere along the way, life got busy, and photography took a bit of a backseat until college, when someone asked me to take their senior pictures. I found my way back to the creative outlet I didn’t realize how much I had missed. What started with a yearbook camera and some very patient friends has slowly grown into something I get to share with so many wonderful people, and I couldn’t love it more. My faith is a huge part of who I am and has shaped the way I see people, creativity, and the beauty in the seasons we’re given. Photography has become one of my favorite ways to celebrate all of it.
the promise i keep
No, you don’t have to know what to do with your hands, show up with a Pinterest-perfect shot list, or worry about looking awkward in front of the camera. That’s my part! I’ll give you direction when you need it and leave room for the unexpected moments in between. The windblown hair, crooked smiles, big laughs, and little glances are usually where the good stuff happens anyway. My promise is to create a space where you can relax, have fun, and leave with photographs that feel beautiful, intentional, and most importantly, like you.
